Mavericks on a Motion LE 1700? I will try with 10.6.7 now, that seems to be the working OS X for this particular computer. Note that I tried with 10.6 in the previous post, not Mavericks.

Mavericks on a Motion LE 1700? Thanks for the help Rehabman, there's an old thread mentioning the lack of support for 945 GMA Graphics in newer OSX 64 bit versions. The only official 945 drivers are available in 32bit 10.6. Snow Leopard Leopard is quite old, but I'll try it and report back.
