i can not move in that menu or choose any option. Stay on screen for 3-4second and start booting to option one

when i boot first time i choose hard drive where i want to instal Big Sur instalation start. After restart i got same proces again. Before i had clover but i format that hard drive so i dont know what to do now. I have windows on second SSD

On this screen i cant move to any other option. So is not possible to select option number 4 to finish instalation.

I have progres. I finaly can instal Open Core Big Sur. But after first instalation i can not choose from boot many other drivers. So i cant finished instalation.
