Ah, well listen, I don't know where you came from but you have been awesome. This is the last thing I have left. Everything else seems working 100%. Sleep, sound, you name it.

Ok, seems Im stuck. I tried to download form the app store on another mac and get the same cannot download error.

Same size and still missing the mouse icon in the center after importing again

El Capitan downloaded an image of just under 2 gigs. Seems small. Sierra I think was like 6 gigs.

It is interesting there is no mouse icon. The one above it is the old file. As you can see the mouse is in the middle.

ok, Fail... After reboot I notice instead of a mouse icon it uses the main settings gear icon, but says mouse under it. It will not load mouse preference pane... I confirmed it is there...

ok, before i do anything crazy..... I opened it in Pacifist, found the mouse.prefpane file and replace the Sierra version with it. When I open Mouse settings i get an error "Preferences Error... Could not load Mouse Preference Pane" Should I restart and try?
