I was able to create a work around with PCI ethernet card that I had laying around. I installed the Intel expi9301ctblk (about 35 euros) with the AppleIntelE1000e.kext , I removed the ALXethernet.kext from the EFI and the extension folder and now the problem with the kernel panics is resolved...
