Got my hotplug working with new SSDT files! Just made sure to change my enumeration settings to Native and my hotplug is working like a charm!

I use this adapter instead of the Club3D one:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S0C7QO8/?tag=tonymacx86com-20 I didn't have to use SwitchResX and it boots my 4k screen at 60hz off the adapter without any additional software. Works like a charm!
