Hey you´re the only one i could find that got graphics working with this card. Could you please share what you did that got you past the [PCI Configuration begin] line? BIOS Options? Clover Config? Please share you what already know so other people can benefit from your experience!

Looks like a speedstepping issue. I have an i7 2600k and had no problems - may because of this kext: Put the attachment (NullCPUPowerManagement.kext) in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.11/ - if that doesn´t work try putting the kext in /System/Library/Extensions via Kext Beast (under tonymac Downloads).
