Thanks for that @dwhitla I am in the same situation. Incredibly frustrating. Forgive my dumb question, would I need to type ALL OF THAT by hand in terminal (assuming in recovery mode)? Is there an easier way. Did this eliminate the Web Drivers?

As I mentioned, not sure how I did. Honestly, I think I was also looking under the wrong section of system properties as well. Audio device is present (the Apollo) but nothing under Thunderbolt.
This is over my head, I'll just have to live with no usb power..I have everything working (but that). Will there be an easier method to fix this issue in the future?
Got it working. Not sure how. It was however 'before' I installed windows. Unfortunately no "hot swapping" capabilities. I know this is normal. Thanks for the help.
