Thanks for that @dwhitla I am in the same situation. Incredibly frustrating. Forgive my dumb question, would I need to type ALL OF THAT by hand in terminal (assuming in recovery mode)? Is there an easier way. Did this eliminate the Web Drivers? Thanks again!

As I mentioned, not sure how I did. Honestly, I think I was also looking under the wrong section of system properties as well. Audio device is present (the Apollo) but nothing under Thunderbolt.

The rumors of a more modular Mac Pro gives me hope. Hopefully part of that design accommodates Nvidia options.

This is over my head, I'll just have to live with no usb power..I have everything working (but that). Will there be an easier method to fix this issue in the future?

I agree, mistakes on me for the most part. Also deciding to work with a 200 series board and a Kaby Lake cpu. But what a great site and resources!

Got it working. Not sure how. It was however 'before' I installed windows. Unfortunately no "hot swapping" capabilities. I know this is normal. Thanks for the help.

Figured it out. I think it was related to the order that I installed the drivers.

Ugg! Black screen now. Very Frustrating! Did everything in problem "6" Installed EmuVariableUefi-64 + RC Scripts several times. Any other suggestions?
