I resolved this by using Catalina version 10.15.6

I have installed Catalina 10.15.7 and am able to boot to the partition with macOS on. However, it gets stuck while on the loading screen, as below: I am using an Asus Zenbook UX410, and have attached my EFI. I'm not able to see anything other than this load screen when using verbose mode, so...
