AHHA! The problem is that now with 10.10.2 AppleTyMCEDriver.kext No longer causes a kernel panic it sit's there sneakily in the background causing system freezes always's used to remember to get rid of this guy lol!. Deleted on mac pro 6,1 back to perfect stability Hope this helps others

Oh your also going to want to delete AppleTyMCEDriver.kext from system/extensions as before. That should do it.
