Reinstalled them in /Library/Extensions and deleted from /System/Library/Extensions. Bluetooth problem is still actual. And appeared another problem, my computer's time switches to 2 hours before always after turning it on/off. I've checked all arguments in BIOS, and it shouldn't do that..
