Ok, so... If I disable the NIC it boots into OSX (yay) but I have no internet (obviously). If I turn on the NIC it freezes whilst showing the desktop.

So is there a document that explains how I use clover configurator? That might be easier.

I had a working system until i changed the motherboard which booted initially. So now it won't boot successfully after I tried to get the network working. This makes it hard to get into the clover config.

Ok..... how?
