Hi, I did a clean installation (High Sierra) on my MacBook Pro 2013. It was crashing with Panic Error so I upgraded it to Mojave and now it is not starting. It stuck on login screen, after entering the password there is no response. So please help me regarding this. How to fix it?

When I used Flag UseKernelCache=N -f the grey apple logo appears for a while and system reboots autometically. Should I change the flag or any other suggestion?

Rehab sir sorry I am posting after a long time. I tried all as you suggested but there was same issue. Finally I partitioned before starting the installation and just selected the target. There was no green sign on target drive at that time but installation was successful. Thanks for support...
