I don't know. Like I said, I gave up on hotplug months ago and didn't test it further. Sometimes you just test too much. Pausing, using you system normally for weeks and then trying again can do wonders.
@CaseySJ Good news. I just tested Thunderbolt 4 Hotplug on my Gigabyte Z590i Vision D again. Haven't done this for months. It now works again.
I have macOS Ventura Public Beta 3 and tested it with my OWC Thunderbolt 4 Dock.
AppleVTD is enabled as well. I am using the...
@SpiceHouseSound I am sorry, but I didn't get your explanation.
What doesn't work when you have two RAM sticks installed?
I am asking because I am using the Z590i Vision D and also have two RAM sticks installed. But I never thought that the number of RAMs installed could affect Thunderbolt or...
@tsanko.dimitrov If you mean the Z590 Vision D. Yes, I am pretty sure the KP comes from the I225V port. I also have issues with them on my Z590i Vision D.
@Elias64Fr @ori69 @CaseySJ Now I could use your help again.
Still Z590i Vision D, BIOS F7.
I've got Thunderbolt Bus working flashing this Firmware: #752
And I am still using the attached SSDT.
But now the Thunderbolt devices are not detected anymore, only the Bus works.
@ori69...
No I wouldn't say that. I think it was working earlier, but I hadn't had exactly this combination of settings. And because my main GPU is connected via Thunderbolt and my Display turns black when I have working hotplug, I just never knew that it was maybe working.
Thanks. I will try the first point you mention. Step 2/3 I have already tried with no success.
But maybe this helps you. I think there is only little left to solve this.
As soon as I remove this section from the SSDT, the W5500 is detected properly again, but this breaks hot plug again. No...
@dehjomz
Gigabyte Z590i Vision D. I got hotplug working.
Attached is the SSDT. Thanks to @CaseySJ @Elias64Fr.
It is the SSDT-TB3HP-JHL8540-ASUS-Z590i-2.aml for the Asus Z590i Gaming Wifi changed to RP05 for the Vision D.
BIOS Settings:
BIOS version F7
Above 4G Decoding to Enabled.

So, in the meantime I have upgraded Monterey. TB hotplug still works. So far so good.
Now I have the issue, that my W5500 is not used as main display anymore.
I have a 3090 which is inside my case in the PCIE and a W5500 which is in the eGPU Case Razer Core X.
Both are getting detected. But...
:D Yes. But I have to admit, at first I was thinking both USBC are Thunderbolt. Because I was also thinking about buying the Z690 version of it, which has two Thunderbolts.
Can you maybe share screenshots of all your BIOS pages? Especially subpages in the Thunderbolt settings. That would be very nice. Maybe it is something in there. But I think I kind of grilled the TB controller. Because it is stuck in „no security“ mode when I open the Windows Thunderbolt settings.
@Leesureone @CaseySJ
Maybe I wasn't lucky with the Asus Z590i Gaming Wifi. But I wasn't able to get Thunderbolt working properly.
I was once able to Hotplug my TB-SSD. And then macOS crashed. And since then I couldn't get it working again.
And I could never get my Razer Core X with the...
