Hello, I have redid the USB Installer 3-4 times over and have also double checked the BIOS each time. Is someone able to tell me from the picture where it is going wrong for me?

I'm in this weird boot loop in Step 1. I choose "install macOS Catalina" and it gets half way and says error (macOS page with the different languages) then, it says click to restart again. goes halfway on the progress above, then goes back here again. I have tried to do the USB Installer twice...

Do you have the switches in the Notification Center? Are you on HS or Sierra? You kind of have to scroll up, it is not revealed on default.

I am 97% sure that 10.12.6 killed my use of the card reader on my monitor. Anyone else having a similar problem?

Yes, it could be that the graphics card is not working. I don't have a windows machine or any other machine to try this out on. The 1050 is coming on Wednesday, so that will definitely be insightful, if it works. You said get it working on intel graphics? It's my understanding from trs96's...
