@CaseySJ I can see macOS Ventura 13.0 available for download and install. Can we just do a standard upgrade from the OS and will it work?. Have OC 0.8.3 installed already. My hardware configuration is exactly similiar to yours?

I have the same configuration as yours. Upgrading the BIOS caused the repeated loops. Any idea what the replacement part was ? Sad why asus motherboard cannot resolve a simple bios upgrade...
