Use EFI Mounter (google it) to mount the efi parition, Go to EFI-Clover-Kexts and copy all contents from 10.11 folder to other and I suggest you keep only the "other" folder and delete rest of the folders

Thanks for the tip. I was trying to edit the dsdt and ssdt was able to extract properly but when I click compile it comes with errors. I have error for dsdt.dsl ssdt -2.dsl ssdt-3.dsl I have included a screenshot of dsdt.dsl error.

@Rehabman Everything is fine now :):D:headbang::thumbup: Normal unibeast installation only thing I did was disabled discrete graphics with only intel hd 4000 and ran your config.plist from the guide. Thank you so much for your work. Cannot thank enough:D

I reinstalled el capitan and enabled only integrated graphics in bios. Was able to boot normally to my desktop, as usual without graphics acceleration. I tried IGPEnabler=Yes (Clover 1600x900) but doesn't work. In the system report under graphics it says "GPU" with VRam 5 mb no kext loaded. I...

Yes injected nvidia. Is it possible to get graphics acceleration using the intel hd 4000 as at the moment i have enabled only discreet graphics in bios. Moreover does the intel graphics has anything to do with the dmwt? I have shared graphics of 32mb in my laptop.

I have attached the ioreg. I am really sorry for this. Above i mentioned AppleGraphicsControl.kext as the fix. I installed a lot of additional kexts last time so i was not sure which one did the fix.
