Solved my problems... monitor wants DisplayPort-DisplayPort to have 60hz or DisplayPort - HDMI2 (on hd input number 2) to have 60hz. Now I can use correctly my monitor: 4k at 60hz. Thanks to every people that donate me their time replying this post.

In the page I have read: "You can use 4K displays and Ultra HD TVs with these Mac computers: [...] iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) and later [...]" but this is my specs, have I to change it?

Updated without any problem. Only reboot and install Config: Z97x-ud4h RX 580 i7 4790k

I was in wrong when I created EFI Folder on booted USB. I changed some key in config.plist and insert a minimal kexts in “other” folder inside Clover folder. I installed Mojave with RX 580 plugged in and only work oob!
