@youmine Unfortunately, i can't help you. I still haven't done anything about fourth step which is Patching your ACPI implementation. It is a whole new concept and many things to understand. This is my first time hackintosh, so i am taking things slow so that nothing goes sideways.

Lenovo Yoga 3 14 80JH with El Capitan 10.11.6 works perfectly.

The sound drivers provided in this tutorial also didn't work for me. The solution for me was to use VoodooHDA.kext instead of AppleHDA.kext and HDAEnabler3.kext . I hope it helps.
