@trs96 Your Guides on these 8300 and the Dell 7010's/9010's are absolutely fantastic and I've gone over them multiple times, to the point where I'm itching to get started.....my only quandary now is - which to buy! :)
Given your personal experience with both the Dell's and HP's (7010 vs 8300)...
Apologies for the delayed response - I wasn't in Safe Mode and believed I had the drive partitioned correctly;
However after attempting the process from the start once more I noticed that the errors seemed to be stemming from being unable to write to SSD and specifically APFS restrictions etc...
I tried Multibeast 10.2 on a High Sierra 10.13.3 installation.
Motherboard: MSI B250M Gaming Pro
CPU: Intel i5-7500
RAM: 16 GB
