So my install works fine except for audio. If I try install ALC889 without DSDT from Multibeast then when I reboot I can't type my password in (and the mouse cannot click the sleep restart shutdown buttons). Any ideas why that driver is killing my install? Cheers,

Yeah I've just upgraded to Lion and I'm hoping 10.7.1 will fix this :\
