I appreciate your help, I solved the issue by disabling Intel Vt-d in BIOS then, Windows was able to boot and installed just fine afterword. I don't know how to mark this thread as "Solved"

I"m not sure if posting in a correct place, so if not then please move it to a more appropriate location. For some reason when attempting to boot the Windows installer through Clover and after the boot.wim is loaded in memory, but just before the spinning dots appears, my computer would crash...
