I'm looking to upgrade my dual boot rig (macOS / Windows 10) with a new dedicated GPU. I want the GTX 1080 XTREME for gaming on pc side. Since the new 10 series cards are not supported, I would just plug/unplug dport from video card when I want to game. Keep it in the mobo for working on mac...
