I found the original B156HTN01.1 (matte) which is pretty close to the B156HW01 V.4 according to panelook.com. I contacted laptopscreen.com through chat and they said that their inventory for the B156HTN01.1 (matte) is all original. I plan on purchasing this screen. I'll report back with pictures.

I see that they do. It does say "New (OEM)". Is this a original part or just compatible? Would I have to pay VAT if shipped to the US?
