For me neither of this solution worked.... I get this after inserting my Saphire r7 250 1ggb ddr5 low profile... If I pull out the video card and go back to the onboard one...everything boots just normal.. anyone any idea please ?

I had the same problem. did a restart, installed the update from HWMonitor, and now all is good.
