Try connecting your display to the onboard DP or HDMI and removing your 1060 until the OS is intalled.

Anyone upgrading to Mojave with a Geforce card should know that there are no nvidia drivers for Mojave yet!! Even though I upgraded without issues... I found out the drivers had not been released yet! I'm glad I took the time to clone my High Sierra install before upgrading :)

Sure enough, setting the fans to PWM restores the non-working fan... despite being a non-pwm fan... :-/ @pastrychef I started with High Sierra, is the Mojave install as straightforward and are things working as well?

Found an odd post that says you need to set your fans to PWM (even though they are DC). Weird, I'll check tonight and see if it fixes it.

One thing I noticed this morning is that one of my case fans stops spinning as soon as the OS boots up. I have CHASSIS1 fan and CHASSIS2 fan configured exactly the same in the bios, yet the CHASSIS2 fan stops spinning when the OS is up. While I'm in the bios (or in Windows for that matter) the...

Thanks for this thread @pastrychef ! I have used your files and created a SSDT-USB.aml for an Asus Prime Z370-A board/i7-8700 and everything works perfectly. I'll finally be able to replace my wife's 10 year old iMac with a decent computer!!

[Solved] Dell/Costco XPS 8930 Desktop, High Sierra, clover early backtrace...

Cool! That works very nicely at a first glance. Thanks! Only one thing, sleep seems to disconnect the network and it takes a long time to reconnect, do you experience that too?

Yeah, I'd like to be able to recreated it from scratch as well, but haven't had any luck so far. That said, any chance you'd be willing to share your Clover EFI folder? :-b

    GUIDE : CustoMac Mini 2012 | H77N-WIFI | i3-3225 | HD4000 | OS X 10.11

Good to know. The TV I am using is an older plasma that does not have a dedicated PC mode so it treats all it's input as standard Audio/Video gear and overscans the signal a bit, causing me the image to miss about 20-30 pixels all around the screen. The sad part is that the underscan slider...

Ah! That makes a lot more sense, thanks! Sure enough, it works perfectly. The only problem I have now is that the "underscan" setting in the display properties of system preferences does not work. Would you have any idea what I need to do to get it working? I am able to adjust the image...
