OK i solved it. Deleted all my 4 SSD drive´s with Samsung erase tool. Created two new Raid drives in Yosemite disk utility (old usb stick) with 64kb block size. Restart, now using El Capitan 10.11.1 usb stick and made a new install on one of the system raid created with yosemite before, the...
