I didn't find the solution but I tried to reboot using my High Sierra usbkey (F12 on startup) made with UniBeast, then at prompt, choosing the Mojave HD : It solved the problem (HDMi A/V output) BUT I need to start from the High Sierra USB. Maybe it will work for you too.
I have just updated my system to Mojave.
As expected no more HDMi audio.
Usually I fixed that after installation on High Sierra.
But with Mojave I get a different result :
ALC 1150 output audio is ok.
Only the Mini displayports are working.
The computer sees that I connected a TV over HDMI...
Hello, I am building my mackintosh (I will get a GA-Z170X UD5 TH + core i7) I already bought a R9 280X 3Gb but I want a second card. Does the R9 and the RX 480 can mix well together and does FCP X is going to get both GPU working for it ?
Does the 10.12.3 changes anything about the RX480...
