I put your EFI folder on a USB drive. I restarted and reset Nvram and then booted from the USB and started the MacOS. The boot process was exactly the same as when i use my current EFI.

All of my BIOS settings are in line with what is listed above. I do dual boot Mac and Windows, I have separate drives for each. Mac - WD SN850X M.2 1TB Windows - Crucial P3 Plus M.2 500GB I have attached the compressed complete EFI folder.

@Edhawk I made all the changes that you suggested but the boot process is still exactly the same. Thanks for your time. I guess I will just have to live with it.
