I did exactly the same two days ago. I just needed to remove all the Nvidia-related kexts (Lilu, Whatevergreen, etc) and flags and also uninstall the webdrivers and CUDA drivers. After all that's left is to replace one card for the other and that's all.

Sooo finally I fixed the issue, whatever it was. I did it by removing the SSD, connecting it to my laptop and adding the USBInjectAll.kext and GenericUSBXHCI.kext to EFI > kext> Other (GenericUSB... was in L/E). With that, the keyboard and mouse started working, but after login in the system...

So I managed to make the system boot after removing the GTX card and using the integrated graphics. I uninstalled the old NVidia drivers and reboot, then installed the new drivers and reboot again. Now the login screen appears in the adequate resolution (so it's using the NVidia Web Drivers) but...
