Using the latest version of Multibeast, go under Customize then drop down the Graphics Configuration options and select Intel HD 530. Then finish the Multibeast process and restart your machine.
The system does treat it as though it's a 530 model. Installing the 530 driver solves the issue I had. It's only a string display that was changed. So, anytime you read HD 7000 just mentally replace that with HD 530. This may have been an accident and might be reversed in a later version of Clover.
Found out why System Report is reporting Intel HD Graphics 530 as 7000. In Clover release r3975, there was a code change in gma.c that changes the value 530 to 7000. Explains a lot.
Huh, that's interesting. And to clarify, when I say System Report, I am talking about the window accessed via Apple > About this Mac > System Report > Graphics > Intel HD Graphics. Even that deep, it's displaying, apparently, the wrong model which is strange.
Anyways, thanks for pointing out...
I added some information to my profile that I assume satisfies the rule? Not sure what exactly the primary system refers to, though.

On Monday, I assembled my new Hackintosh build with recommended parts from the CustoMac guide and confirmed builds from r/Hackintosh.
Most of the fundamentals seem to be working. Boot loader is working, Ethernet is working after a driver install, dedicated NVIDIA graphics works, signed into...
Booting with the verbose flag, I am not getting any error messages. Instead, I am seeing OsxAptioFix start overrides and then the system freezes. I have waited upwards of 15 minutes for it to proceed but it is stuck.
Here is is a snap shot of the output. http://imgur.com/49bo1rh

Silly of me to not think to boot with the verbose flag. That really should have been my first thought! I will do that and report back with findings. As for the Clover version, I downloaded the Clover r3270 package today and ran the package. I installed it on the system drive and since I am...
I am currently running Yosemite with the Clover (latest, r3270) boot loader and everything works fine. I even have features like iMessage working. After the official release of El Capitan, I noticed this update guide was stickied so I tried to follow it.
As per the guide, I transferred all my...
