Ok, the problem is resolved. However, using 0x0D patch makes USB wake stop working (duh) and when I tried do change PWR methods for GLAN only - which was shown as a reason for wake, the instant wake is back. Is there any way to retain USB wake and fit instant wake on skylake?

Do you have any particular problems with it? I am trying to make one for GA-H170-Gaming 3
