No. I've tried everything, but 30 hz is as high as I can get... I've been told that the 900 series Nvidia cards are capable, but my 960m on my laptop doesn't seem to output 60hz either (@4K). Maybe the TV manufacturer lied? The actual ports on the TV say "4K @ 60hz" by all of the HDMI ports, so...
