I stumble onto your F9l BIOS file reading the thread, and, as I never try another BIOS, I revert back to F9l just in case (I was on F9M).
I put back my unmodified Titan Ridge v2. And magic! I just don't understand why, but everything works...
Not at this time, I keep you inform when I'll be able to do it... I just plug/unplug my Titan Ridge when I need it and I made a second drive with 11.2.3 for now.

I got the same Samsung 970 Evo and use it with PastryChef EFI without pb, but since 11.3 update, I got the same kernel panic was you, randomly, after 30s to a minute...
I've been trying lot's of things to solve this...

I’ve try Big Sur 11.13 and 11.13.1 (update and clean install) but with these 2 versions my hackintosh freeze after 1or 2 minutes (nvme kernel panic)
