Confirmed. It's night and a day difference for me.

I have GTX 1070 Laptop and I'm quite new into Hackintosh, but I confirm problem as well. Annoying stuttering in Safari and Chrome when closing, switching and opening tabs, as well as in YouTube videos and Unity engine. I use 387.10.10.10.30.103 drivers.
