Ok, thank you very much. I just did a clean reinstall with Yosemite and will try it again.. but this time i'll just go with windows 8.. guess its a bit easier! :oops:

I had a perfect working Yosemite hackintosch, and tried to do a dualboot with XP on a seperate harddrive but apparently I ****ed it up bigtime. After the formatting and copying files from the windows cd to the HDD it wanted to Reboot. Then I got the following error: "windows could not start...

Sound works now, just picked the alc888 in multibeast instead of the VooDooHDA v0.2.56 (duh :oops:). Only remaining problem is that it won't boot without -v -f dart=0 GraphicsEnabler=0 Isn't GraphicsEnabler=0 standard and can I leave this one away? And what does -f do?

Hello All, First hackintosch and everything went easier then expected. I'm using a shuttle sh55j2 with: i5 650 3.2ghz 4GB ram evga gtx 660 When booted, everything works great and stable. I get around 300fps without any drops in Half Life 2 so I think my gtx 660 is recognized well. But...
