Do you have a board serial number and smUUID set up in clover? If you don't, clover is generating a new SmUUID on every boot which may be what's causing your issue.

I'm using Corsair Vengence LPX 64GB. First time I booted up I got a 52 error from the LED on the mobo, but I think one wasn't seated correctly. After reseating them, it's been fine, though the mobo LED says 51, but apparently that's a thunderbolt thing.
