I both use sata drives and ide drives but i want to install lion to one of my ide's but it just doesn't get recognized so :p

Using Acer Aspire m1610. Not one of the best but managed to install sl on it so. :p whenI boot normal the grey apple appears but the spinning wheels doesn't so. It just hangs on boot . :p thanks for the reply

Got the same error. tried to change with the 10.6.7 kext now i've got this "apple16x50acpi2 : identified serial port acpidevice = uart apple16x50uartsync2 : detected 16550af/c/cf fifo = 16 maxbaud = 115200 fake" any sufggestions ? willing to reinstall to :p lemme know something :p Thanks!
