[SUCCESS] GA H61N-USB3 i7 2770k Working with Yosemite
I did a clean install of 10.10.3 OS X Yosemite on my Gigabyte H61N-USB3 (CustoMac Mini from a while back).
I use an Intel i7-2770K processor (Sandy Bridge), 16GB RAM, onboard video.
I made sure my BIOS was at version F8...
In a nutshell tl;dr Stick with OSX, and build a hackintosh. Worth your time and money.

1. I used 3rd party sata as the internal drives sometimes show up as external to OSX. When this option is enabled, I haven't run into the issue. Also, the 3rd party sata is enabled by default when using DSDT free install in MultiBeast.

I did not need any boot flags to boot the installer from UniBeast. After OSX installed I did set the GraphicEnabler=No.
The case build was a large time commitment. I have a large amount of tools and a fair amount of knowledge with building things so it went well, just took forever.
So my original post is gone....don't know why....wish I had saved it.
