That has happened to me, The no Entry symbol means your USB installation has been used to many times or is corrupted. You will have to erase the usb and create a new usb Installer. At CLOVER do you go to Options/PCI/USB OWNERSHIP turn on? I have an Asrock Mobo and i have to do that every time i restart my computer.

[Solved] Had to Disable "serial ports" in BIOS. Then in CLOVER/OPTIONS/PCI DEVICES had to put an [X] in USB OWNERSHIP.

I have the same issue right now with my As Rock z170 Extreme4. I'm stuck at apple logo but no loading occurs.
