Download VoodooPS2Controller kext from here http://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/voodoops2controller.288/ and then extract it and paste VoodooPS2Controller.kext in EFI -> Clover -> Kext -> 10.11

yeah it wasn't working out of the box so i had to patch a kext.

During the installer of el capitan my PS/2 keyboard stopped working it works fine during the clover menu but not when the installer starts is there any way to make it work kext or something.

partition option was not grayed out so i couldn't select it before but now i just created partition using Terminal so i will create bootable usb again using UEFI and i don't see CSM in my bios.

how can i format it to UEFI. when i go to disk utility i am not able to select the partition tab so i chose the erase and installed the unibeast

Yes when i select UEFI only then BIOS doesn't shows my USB so i have to select UEFI+LEGACY

There is no option to set other OS in my Bios and First i chose UEFI when cusing Unibeast and this time i chose Legacy but still no luck. and here's a strange thing my USB is showing as USB Floppy in Bios see screenshot http://imgur.com/kIu10zy

yes when i press F11 for boot menu then it shows my USB as SandiskUsb something like that and when i press enter it just boots me to windows.
