How do I find out which one I need to use?

I try yesterday to install sierra, but it didn't work. I got to the boot screen, and selected the usb-drive which had macOS on it + multibeast. Below you can see the hardware. Could someone please point me to a guide? And is there anything I need to be aware of? Best regards,

Well, the program doesn't support high Sierra yet, so I need someone with the earlier version to test it.

My fault - I apologize. Couldn't figure out how to delete the post. The program is called sportscode (and has to be tested on a hackintosh) - I'm in the process of getting the demo license. Would you check it when I do.?

Hi, I'm trying to install MacOS on my pc, but it isen't going too well :/ Right now, I just need it in order to check if one specific program is working on a hackintosh. So I'm writing in here, to ask if anyone would be so kind to check if the program works (download and just test if you can...
