It seems like a problem related to the USB mouse, tried not using it for a whole day now, machine runs smoothly. Hmm, any idea?

Thanks for the fast reply, I've filled out my profile. Yes, I did have USB mouse connected, it's the only usb connected Also I was running VM (virtual box + vagrant), not sure if that's a problem?
