    I had similar issue. Rx6600 is pci-e 4.0 but my riser cable was 3.0. If your mobo has pcie 5.0 slot, try putting it to 4.0 in bios.

    HDR

    I have the same monitor + Catalina 10.15.3 SMBIOS is currently iMac14.2. Would chaning it to 14.7+ should open up the HDR option in syspref>displays? Trying it now.
