I've installed macOS 10.13.6 (17G65) and it works, but I still don't know the reason.

I've spend few days to find a solution for that, but I still can't do anything about this. I've moved from Sierra into High Sierra 10.13.5 (17F77) and have a problem with syncing photos. I've created a new photo library on my second HDD and changed settings to get all my photos from iCloud but...

I just have finished installation of macOS Sierra on my PC and I have a problem with colors. More on video: I just tried to change screen resolution, restart PC few times and use keys Command + Options + R + P on macOS starting, but nothing happened. Any other ideas? What to do?
