right since i was getting no where with the last install i did a reinstall.
i used -v GraphicsEnabler=Yes dart=0 PCIRootUID=0 maxmem=4096 and got this screen.
any ideas what i can do now ?
I am Using the USB. but I'm not quite sure which flag is necessary. as all the ones i know that might be relevant come back with an error any suggestions for correct flags or even new one?

yes i did. that allowed me to boot in to installation menu. but my issue is after installation.
after coping the mach_kernel i cannot boot in to the drive that i installed the OSX on

Right I have Good news And A lot of bad news:
I managed to boot to installation Screen Using the following Boot Flags
-v dart-0 PCIRootUID=0
And thats the only way it would boot in to installation screen :clap::clap::headbang:

I Also tried other boot flags Such as IGPlatformID=01660004 and GraphicsMode=1366x768x32 and GraphicsEnabler=Yes Dart=0 the uptime was higher that the one picture but still got stock after kernel panic...
I did what your guid said. it certainly is behaving differently but now instead of rebooting it gets stuck on this page

Well Basically as i mentioned when i boot with the Unibeast USB and want to boot into installation screen, during the -v process during the first few lines i get this message saying
ACPI table Not Found : DSDT.aml
and then it keep reading some stuff with Kext in it and finally it reboots to...
