Update: have Mojave installed, no wifi solution as of yet but when I remove the USB installer I can no longer boot into mac, just straight into the bios and now my nvme ssd won't show on the boot priority.

I definitely need help, I have all my components and I get to clover where I boot install mac os from the usb but it just endlessly reboots over and over and over.

Likewise except cheaper CPU and gonna use internal graphics.

Just got everything in. Was able to boot to BIOS. Now just need help with installing Mojave.

@ModMike just ordered the CPU, should have everything for my build by end of next week by the latest.

How difficult would changing the CPU be down the line? Is it just a physical swap nothing else?

Is there a sub-$100 or $100ish Intel CPU I could use with this motherboard to get running? If so I could buy that and just get this system running and swap the cpu's down the line.

Update: returned the Z370N and got the Z390I. Just waiting now to save up for the CPU and SSD.

Has there been any updates on this? I currently have a Z370N and would like to use an 8400 or 8700, not unlocked. Has there been any improvements on the installation for the Z390 chipset? Would either be the Z390N from Gigabyte or the Z390-I from ASUS.
