I have this same card and I also have not had any issues with wifi or bluetooth. I am using a magic keyboard and a magic mouse. I also used a bluetooth speaker and I had no issues with connectivity. My phone can connect to it too.

I can confirm that that Broadcam Chip does work with Hands off. I'm using mine with a mini PCI E adapter. If you plan on dual booting, there are drivers in bootcamp for the wifi and bluetooth to work there too:)
