Huh, I still use similar itx hack as yours. GA-H87N-WIFI, E3-1230v3, GTX760.

GTX760 (Kepler) works well here. My recent monitor is a 1920*1200 one, or maybe it wouldn't OK with 4K monitor.

Asus GTX760 (GK104) works fine here on High Sierra 10.13.1 with Web-driver, including playing video with preview or other player app, Photoshop cc 2017, UI acceleration etc, even the game Hearthstone which I always play on macOS. BTW CineBench OpenCL test score was more than 92FPS. Clover...
