Yes I clicked the second link and look at it in notepad, means nothing to me.
My graphics work it boots fine. I tried PCIroot didn't do anything is this meant to fix the boot screen or somthing?
I've tried all the boot flags.
You haven't actually said what this fixes? you just keep repeating...
I tried Graphics Enabler=Yes and it's enabled by default as thats why you get the option in Multibeast to tick GE=No
As I Said before my graphics work fine. It's my boot screen and sleep.
Do you have link to that kext, is it not included in MultiBeast?
My GTX 460 works fine, just cant get the apple boot screen Full Res or Sleep working with it. HD 4000 allows me to use sleep once, then breaks second time.
Must be a work around?
Also when you click a movie file and make it full...
I'm pretty sure GE=Yes is already default, as the only option in Multbeast is GE=No which is required for the 6 series.
Dart=0 Disables Intel Visualization, this was disabled in bios already.
-v is not much use as the system boots nothing hangs, or gives kernal panics.
I tried all your...
GA-Z77-DS3H 1.1
8Gb Ram
Gtx 460

Does it tell me to type those parameters,if your saying there default already?
Also ive tried all of the parameters listed there.
Thanks anyway :)
Anyone else got any ideas?
Best to use the buyers guide as they are the most tried and tested parts and generally most compatible.
For dual booting most just buy two hard drives.
Read through some of the Guides on this site as the Snow Leopard disc is used with a program called iBoot.
You will have to purchase Mountain...
Does anyone have a benchmark of the
CustoMac Budget ATX
GA-Z77-DS3H
Intel Core i5-3570K
GTX 660
Looking at how it would compared to the:
21.5 inch Mac
2.7Ghz
GT 640m
Geekbench (32bit) and graphics benchmark would be handy :) Thanks
Why does Multibeast default to Mac pro 3.1?
Why not Mac pro 5.1?
Does anyone know how the different System definitions effect performance and stability?
Thanks :)
Looks fine to me its taken from the Buyers guide so should be easy enough, search the forum for similar builds for a setup guide.
Not sure if your Blu-ray will work, you would have to research into that.
The alternative to using a Mac is to first Install Snow leopard, using the retail disc with a program called iBoot see link.
