The answer is quite simple, I'd rather choose more than I know I'll need than realizing afterwards that it wasn't enough. Plus most of the PSU's are noisier considering the load, therefore if I have more than I use it translates in an accomplished goal for this build, quiet :) A quick remark...

I tend to save the extra buck for the extra quality with everything, as long as it's justifiable. I have a lot to read before anything and it is quite natural that my choice of a component now changes within the next 5 minutes (another reason why this build will only take place in months...

In terms of design it looks amazing whereas on the functional side there may be some cons you should consider, if you haven't already. I hope you get the best of both :D
